Diesel 1.7CTDi (Belt) Engine Setting / Locking Kit - Opel/Vauxhall

AST5184  covers engine setting / timing belt removal and installation procedures on 1.7 four cylinder DTi/CDTi diesel engines installed in a number of Opel/Vauxhall models from 2000 to 2012.

This engine timing position is achieved through alignment of a timing mark on the crankshaft sprocket and engine block, while two threaded locking pins set the camshaft and fuel pump position.  AST5184 also includes an Auxiliary Belt Tensioner Locking Pin
