Vibration Damper / Crankshaft Pulley Remover - Ford 2.0TDCi EcoBlue (Panther Diesel)
AST6185 is used to efficiently remove the vibration damper / pulley installed on the Ford 2.0 EcoBlue (Panther) diesel engines. The pulley requires removal in order to gain access to the timing belt cover.
The AST6185 puller connects directly to the inner body of the pulley, enabling the technician to apply a suitable force in the correct specific area to safely remove the vibration damper / pulley. This ensures the integrity of the rubber element is maintained and undamaged.
For optimal performance the thread of the Force Screw must be kept clean and well lubricated.

Important Notice: Do not use power tools to drive the Force Screw.

AST6245 is used to efficiently remove the vibration damper / pulley installed on the Ford 2.0 EcoBlue diesel engines installed in Ford Ranger.
- Suitable for 2.0TDCi Panther Diesel fitted to Ford Ranger and 2.0TDCi Panther Diesel MHEV fitted to Ford Transit variants
- Covers vibrations damper / crankshaft pulleys with a threaded central bore
- Connects directly to the threaded body of crankshaft pulley
- Enables save removal of the vibration damper / pulley
- Prevents damage to the rubber damping element of the pulley during removal process
- Equivalent to OE Reference: 303-1657
