AST6260  Diesel injector removal kit enables the removal of seized injectors by using hammer action. The distinctive feature of this kit is its air vibratory hammer action. This hammer action produces rapid, vibrating movements that are applied to the injector. This rapid hammer action, aids in dislodging the bond between the injector and the engine block.

AST6260 includes a range of universal adaptors that are compatible with Delphi, Bosch, Denso, Siemens common rail injectors which have solenoids or screw connections. Also included are two extension rods that can extend the vibratory unit ensuring that the unit does not contact other engine parts when removing injectors.

NOTE: Working Pressure required: 72psi – 116psi (5 - 8bar).
